Dr. Parag Telang is an experienced plastic and reconstructive surgeon specializing in microtia surgery, ear reconstruction, and correction of congenital and acquired ear deformities. He is the founder of The Microtia Trust, an initiative focused on helping children and adults with microtia and other ear deformities receive specialized reconstructive care.

Dr. Telang completed his medical training at Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai, followed by his M.S. and M.Ch. from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College and General Hospital (LTMGH), Mumbai. He also completed a fellowship in ear reconstruction under Dr. Francoise Firmin in Paris, France, a recognized authority in the field.
