Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Prevention Standards

Villagge and Villagger are committed to providing a safe environment for all users, particularly children and young people. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any other content or behavior that sexually exploits or endangers minors.
This Child Safety Policy applies across the Villagge social networking platform and Villagger messaging application, including profiles, posts, comments, groups, communities, messages, media uploads, stories, voice/video features, and other user-generated content or communication features.
1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Villagge and Villagger strictly prohibit using our services to create, upload, possess, distribute, request, advertise, promote, facilitate, or otherwise engage with child sexual abuse material or the sexual exploitation of minors.
Prohibited activity includes:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, altered, generated, or manipulated content where prohibited by applicable law.
- Sexualization or sexual exploitation of anyone under 18.
- Grooming or attempting to establish contact with a child for sexual purposes.
- Soliciting sexual images, videos, messages, or other sexual content from minors.
- Sextortion, sexual coercion, or blackmail involving minors.
- Offering, requesting, arranging, or facilitating sexual activity involving children.
- Child trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation.
- Sharing links or instructions for locating or accessing CSAM.
- Encouraging, normalizing, promoting, or facilitating child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Violations may result in immediate content removal, account restriction or termination, preservation of relevant information where legally required, and reporting to appropriate authorities or child-safety organizations where required by applicable law.
2. Protecting Minors
We design and operate Villagge and Villagger with child safety in mind. Depending on the service, account type, jurisdiction, and available features, we may apply additional privacy protections, communication restrictions, content controls, reporting mechanisms, or other safeguards to accounts belonging to younger users.
Users must provide accurate age information where age information is requested and must meet the minimum age requirements applicable to our services and their jurisdiction.
Adults must never use Villagge or Villagger to target, manipulate, groom, exploit, or sexually engage with minors.
3. User-Generated Content
Users are responsible for ensuring that content they publish, transmit, or otherwise make available through Villagge or Villagger complies with our policies and applicable laws.
We may remove content, restrict its distribution, disable functionality, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts when we identify violations involving child safety.
Attempts to evade enforcement by creating additional accounts or repeatedly uploading prohibited material may result in further restrictions.
4. Messaging and Private Communications
Villagger enables users to communicate with other users. Private or direct communication features must never be used for grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sharing CSAM, sextortion, trafficking, or other forms of child exploitation.
Users who receive suspicious or inappropriate communications involving a minor should not redistribute the material. They should use the available reporting features or contact our child-safety team.
5. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Villagge and Villagger provide mechanisms for users to report accounts, content, messages, or behavior that may violate our policies.
Reports involving potential child sexual exploitation receive particular attention and may result in urgent enforcement action.
If you encounter content or behavior that may involve CSAE or CSAM:
- Do not download, save, forward, repost, or redistribute the material.
- Use the in-app reporting functionality where available.
- Report the account, content, conversation, or behavior involved.
- For urgent situations where a child may be in immediate danger, contact your local law-enforcement or emergency authorities.
6. Detection, Moderation and Enforcement
We may use a combination of user reports, automated systems, technical safeguards, and human review to identify potential violations, subject to applicable law and our privacy practices.
Where appropriate, enforcement may include removing prohibited content, limiting account functionality, suspending or permanently disabling accounts, preventing repeat abuse, preserving relevant records where legally required, and referring matters to competent authorities or designated child-protection organizations.
Our enforcement processes may evolve as our platforms, technology, legal obligations, and child-safety practices develop.
7. Reporting to Authorities
When we become aware of apparent child sexual exploitation or CSAM, we may preserve and report relevant information to appropriate law-enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or recognized child-safety organizations when required or permitted by applicable law.
We cooperate with valid legal processes and lawful requests from competent authorities.
8. Grooming and Predatory Behavior
Villagge and Villagger prohibit behavior intended to establish trust with a minor for sexual exploitation or abuse.
This includes attempts to move children into secret conversations for sexual purposes, requesting intimate content, sexualizing conversations with minors, offering gifts or money in exchange for sexual content, threatening to expose intimate material, or attempting to arrange sexual encounters with minors.
Such conduct may lead to immediate account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.
9. Sextortion and Non-Consensual Intimate Content Involving Minors
Threatening, coercing, manipulating, or blackmailing a minor using sexual or intimate content is strictly prohibited.
Users must not request payment, additional imagery, sexual activity, or anything else of value by threatening to publish or distribute intimate material involving a child.
10. Artificially Generated or Manipulated Content
Our child-safety standards apply regardless of how prohibited content was created.
Users may not use AI, image manipulation, face replacement, animation, or other technologies to create or distribute sexualized representations of identifiable or apparent minors where such content constitutes exploitation or violates applicable law or our policies.
11. Account Enforcement
Depending on the severity and circumstances of a violation, Villagge or Villagger may remove content, issue restrictions, disable features, suspend accounts, permanently terminate accounts, block repeat registrations where appropriate, and make legally required reports.
Severe child-safety violations may result in immediate permanent account termination without prior warning.
12. Appeals
Where appropriate and legally permissible, users may be provided with a mechanism to appeal certain moderation or account-enforcement decisions.
An appeal does not require us to restore content that is unlawful, violates our child-safety standards, or presents a risk to children.
13. Law-Enforcement Cooperation
We respond to valid legal requests concerning child exploitation and other serious crimes in accordance with applicable laws.
Emergency requests involving an imminent threat to the life or physical safety of a child may receive expedited consideration where legally permitted.
14. Privacy and Child Safety
Child-safety enforcement is conducted alongside our privacy and data-protection obligations. Information associated with reports and investigations is handled according to applicable law and our privacy policies.
We limit disclosure of user information to circumstances authorized or required by law or otherwise described in our applicable policies.
15. Community Responsibility
Keeping Villagge and Villagger safe is a shared responsibility. Users should report suspicious behavior rather than confronting suspected offenders or redistributing potentially illegal material.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to discuss online safety, privacy, inappropriate contact, grooming, and responsible sharing with children who are legally permitted to use our services.
16. Compliance With Applicable Laws
Villagge and Villagger comply with applicable child-protection laws and regulations in jurisdictions where our services operate.
Our policies may be updated when laws, regulatory requirements, platform functionality, or industry child-safety standards change.
