• A statement from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps

In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful
"And do not think that those who are killed in the way of Allah are dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, provided for."

We offer our deepest condolences and congratulations on the martyrdom of the great scholar and commander of the martyrs of the Islamic Revolution, the leader of the awaited Imams, and the legitimate representative of the Age of Justice (may Allah hasten his blessed reappearance), Imam Ali Khamenei (peace be upon him), in the holy month of Ramadan, to the Imam Mahdi (may his soul be a ransom for his followers), to the Islamic nation, to the great scholars and jurists, and to the great Iranian people.

Allah has accepted this great martyr's spirit of struggle and this pure son of Lady Fatima Zahra (peace be upon her), just as He accepted his predecessor and role model, Amir al-Mu'minin Ali (peace be upon him), in the holy month of Ramadan, and granted him the honor of martyrdom.

We have lost a great leader, and we mourn at his funeral; a leader who was unique in his time in his purity of spirit, strength of faith, sound judgment, and courage in confronting the oppressors and fighting for Allah's cause.

His martyrdom at the hands of the most vicious terrorists and oppressors of humanity is a testament to the righteousness of this great leader and the acceptance of his devoted service.

Martyrdom in the path of Islam and beloved Iran is a sign of victory and nearness to the goal; however, the martyrdom of Imam Khamenei and his departure to Allah will not halt his path and principles, but will continue with strength and resilience.

This martyrdom will further strengthen our people's determination to continue the enlightened path of the beloved Imam Khamenei.

The terrorist crime committed by the malicious governments of the United States and the Zionist entity represents a flagrant violation of religious, moral, legal, and ethical norms; therefore, the hand of vengeance of the Iranian people will remain extended, and the murderers of the Imam of the Ummah will not escape severe, decisive, and deterrent punishment.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, the armed forces of the Islamic Republic, and the Popular Mobilization Forces (Basij) will vigorously continue the path of their commander, defending the precious legacy of this great leader, and will stand firmly against internal and external conspiracies and punish aggressors against the Islamic homeland with deterrent and instructive measures.

Finally, we call on all segments of society to participate enthusiastically and actively in the arenas of national defense, to showcase scenes of national cohesion and unity to the world, and to expose the cunning enemies and terrorists of this people.

  • Why do I often tell you that Africa is Orphaned by Patriotic and Visionary Leadership???

🛑In North Korea, from elementary school, the child learns that South Korea is his first enemy. All his education is oriented towards this reality: his neighbor from the South is a permanent threat that you have to be ready for at any moment.

In China, children grow up with the story of the massacres committed by Japan against their grandparents. The memory of these sufferings is instilled in them to nourish a national vigilance and a will to power.

In Israel, every child is raised in the idea that Palestine is a danger, an enemy that must be contained and fought.
In Palestine, the teaching hammers home that the State of Israel has no legitimacy and should not exist.

In Russia, in France, in the United States it is the same...
In these societies, the child is shaped from an early age to see a tangible, real, visible enemy. This psychological conditioning aims to prepare a heroic and relentless struggle on all fields: military, political, economic and cultural. We educate to resist, we educate to overcome.

In Africa, it is quite the opposite. The child learns very early that his real enemy is not a man, nor a system but Satan and the demons. An invisible, elusive enemy, which requires no concrete preparation, except prayer and divine expectation. And that it is his brother who sends Satan to deceive him...

❌ Result: no physical training, no military strategy, no structured economic plan, no Patriotism. We pray from morning to night, we become mean against our brother and we organize fasts of 30 days to hope for peace..

For more than a thousand years, this conditioning has enclosed the continent in an endless circle. Instead of forging minds ready to face concrete challenges poverty, colonization, economic domination, plundering of resources..
☠️ we divert energies towards an endless religious fight. This is the role of Religious Dealers subsidized by Anti-Fatherland Pipoliticians. While other peoples are preparing to dominate, Africa is wearing itself out in a struggle against an enemy that it can neither see, nor touch, nor really defeat. From then on, his only enemy is nothing other than his brother. He insults his own Ancestors and sees his historical torturers as his saviors. Sad!

It is this psychological gap that explains why, despite the riches and the potentialities, Africa cannot move forward without a new generation of leaders freed from the Fables of our Torturers.

  • Gabonese Forest Excavations Offer Glimpse Into Prehistoric Human Life in Central Africa

In Lastourville, once an ancient ocean floor now a forested landscape with dolomite cliffs, caves preserve human activity dating back to 25,000 BC.

🔎 The Youmbidi rock shelter, a key prehistoric site, is being excavated by French geoarchaeologist Richard Oslisly's team. Artifacts, including tools and 10,000 BC pottery, reveal continuous human habitation spanning 12,000 years. Most African archaeological research has focused on open landscapes, leaving forested areas understudied, Oslisly noted.

Discoveries like 6,500-year-old pottery and a 3,300–4,900-year-old snail shell bead highlight the cultural sophistication of early forest dwellers, dismantling outdated stereotypes and revealing complex societies with distinct customs, art, and ways of life.

🌱 Understanding past human adaptations to climate change in Central Africa can inform more resilient futures, making further exploration crucial, researchers suggest.

  • Post Prophet Muhammad's Era and Islamic Golden age.

During the Islamic Caliphates, the economic system was not "socialism" as we understand it today, but it did incorporate certain principles that could be seen as proto-socialist in nature, such as wealth redistribution, welfare, and public ownership of some resources. Here are some key aspects:

    1. Welfare and Redistribution (Zakat & Bayt al-Mal)
Zakat (الزكاة): One of the Five Pillars of Islam, it mandated wealth redistribution by requiring Muslims to donate a portion (usually 2.5%) of their savings to the poor.
Bayt al-Mal (بيت المال): The public treasury funded social welfare, including support for the poor, orphans, widows, and disabled individuals.

    2. Public Ownership of Key Resources
For Some natural resources (like water, mines, and unused land) were considered public property under Islamic law (fiqh).
    - The Caliphate controlled certain industries (e.g., minting coins, infrastructure) but allowed private trade and enterprise.

    3. Prohibition of Hoarding Wealth (Ihtikar)
    - Islamic economic principles discouraged excessive wealth accumulation at the expense of society. Hoarding (ihtikar) was condemned, and price manipulation was often regulated.

    4. Land Reforms & Umar’s Policies
    - Caliph Umar ibn al-Khattab (r. 634–644) implemented policies to prevent feudal exploitation by distributing conquered land among soldiers and farmers rather than letting elites monopolize it.
    - He also established a pension system for the elderly and needy.

    Comparison to Modern Socialism
While the Caliphates had elements of wealth redistribution and public welfare, they were not socialist in the modern sense:
Private property was still protected under Islamic law.
Market economies** thrived, and merchants played a major role.
No class struggle ideology—unlike socialism, Islam did not seek to abolish economic classes but rather to ensure fairness within the system.

The Islamic Caliphates encouraged social justice and welfare but did not enforce state-controlled socialism. Their system was a unique blend of regulated capitalism, welfare economics, and religious obligations rather than a fully socialist model.
