The Jaguar uses a supercharged V8 and rear-wheel drive, while the MINI is a front-wheel-drive hot hatch, giving players two very different approaches to the same broader British theme.

That contrast is useful for understanding how drivetrain layout affects driving technique. A rear-wheel-drive Jaguar allows the throttle to influence rotation more directly, while the front-wheel-drive MINI demands greater attention to front-tire grip. Entering a corner too aggressively in the MINI can overload the front tires and create understeer, while the Jaguar gives the driver more opportunities to influence the rear of the car with throttle.

One vehicle can remain close to stock for relaxed driving, another can be optimized for a specific PI class, and another can be built specifically for drifting. The result is a garage where changing cars actually changes the way the game feels.

Resource planning becomes useful when that experimentation starts getting expensive.
