Phantom Targets Weapon Strategy for ARC Raiders Players Using U4N

The Phantom Targets Player Project changes the way you should approach a raid. Instead of relying on one versatile weapon for every situation, it asks you to use several damage types and special pieces of equipment. For players working through ARC Raiders BluePrints at the same time, this can actually make a raid more interesting because you have a reason to explore different encounters.

ARC Raiders BluePrints can encourage longer-term resource planning, while Phantom Targets focuses on short-term objectives. The best way to combine both is to enter each raid with a clear idea of what you need. A specialized arsenal can help you complete project tasks while still collecting useful materials and equipment.

Hullcracker Handles Aerial Targets

The Hullcracker should be near the top of your list whenever a project objective involves flying ARC enemies. Aerial targets are mobile enough to make conventional weapons inefficient, especially if you are trying to conserve ammunition.

The Hullcracker's launcher damage gives you a much more direct option. Hornets and Wasps are good examples of enemies that can potentially be destroyed with one well-placed shot when you hit their rear weak spots.

Take your time before firing. Waiting for the target to move into a predictable position is usually better than shooting at an awkward angle. A missed launcher shot can be much more expensive than waiting a few seconds for a cleaner opportunity.

Jupiter Makes Final Hits Easier

The Jupiter Sniper Rifle is ideal when your project progress depends on energy final hits. The weapon's range lets you engage dangerous ARC machines without standing directly next to them, while its high single-shot damage gives you a strong chance of securing the final blow.

This matters because simply damaging a target does not necessarily give you the required progress. If another player finishes the machine first, your previous damage may count as an assist instead.

For that reason, keep an eye on the target's health and the actions of nearby players. Against enemies such as Rocketeers or Vaporizers, wait for the right moment and use the Jupiter when you are confident that your shot will finish the target.

Burn Through Fire Requirements

Blaze Grenades are one of the easiest tools for dealing with fire-damage objectives. They create an area of burning damage that continues working after the grenade lands.

Slow machines are your best targets. Bastions and Bombardiers are large enough to remain inside the burning area for longer, allowing the damage-over-time effect to build. A well-positioned throw can deal more than 190 fire damage points on average.

Do not waste Blaze Grenades on targets that are already running away. Instead, look for enemies that are focused on another player, stuck in a limited space, or naturally slow. A little patience can significantly improve the value of each grenade.

Showstopper Creates the Opening

Some project objectives are difficult because the target will not give you enough time to use your specialized equipment. The Showstopper helps by providing temporary control through its ability to stun, incapacitate, or immobilize machines.

This makes it especially useful when dealing with large ARC enemies. You can disable the machine, switch to the equipment required by the project, and perform your attack before the target becomes active again.

The Showstopper is therefore best viewed as an enabler. It may not be the item that completes your damage requirement, but it can create the conditions that allow another weapon or tactical item to do so.

Salvaged ARC Parts Are Key in Stage 2

Stage 2 puts more emphasis on enemy technology. Wasp Drivers, Pop Triggers, and Leaper Pulse Units are required for specific tasks, and obtaining them requires you to search the field and loot the appropriate sources.

Once you have these components, larger ARC machines make good targets. Bombardiers and Bastions have substantial health pools and slower movement, giving salvaged devices a better opportunity to deal meaningful damage.

The safest approach is to control the machine before placing the component. A Showstopper can provide the necessary window, allowing you to deploy the device and move away before the enemy resumes its attack pattern.

Combine Objectives Instead of Grinding Separately

The biggest improvement you can make is to combine several requirements within the same raid. If you see a Wasp while carrying the Hullcracker, use the opportunity to work on your launcher and flying-enemy progress. If a weakened Rocketeer appears and you have the Jupiter ready, focus on securing the energy final hit.

The same principle applies to fire damage and salvaged ARC parts. A controlled Bastion can potentially help with several objectives if you use your equipment carefully instead of rushing the encounter.

This approach saves time and makes your resources last longer. You also get more value from every extraction because one successful raid can move several project requirements forward. When planning your next run, prioritize the equipment you genuinely need rather than carrying a little of everything. If you still need additional ARC Raiders Items for your setup, make sure they support a specific objective instead of simply adding weight to your inventory.
